My favourite meal is grilled chicken with rice,because it is healthy and it has an amazing taste.So how to make the grilled chicken?! its very simple just cut parts of the chicken like the breast and put it on a grill.
Why is it healthy ?! because when u put a meat on a grill it takes the fat away and it leaves the stuff that your body needs.
Why is it tasty ?! because it's chicken :D
