It has recently announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood . Do you support oppose this plan? why?

When someone decides to built a restaurant in our neighborhood I don't think I would like that idea . Personally  I like going out especially to restaurants ,but building a restaurant in our neighborhood isn't really a good idea. I have some reasons and facts to support my idea.

The first reason I can give is that our neighborhood can get noisy when a restaurant opens . Because our neighborhood doesn't make a lot of noise, but when a restaurant will open the costumers will make some noise till night and maybe after midnight too. For example two or three times a years some young guys make a party near our neighborhood,but that's only couple of times in the year. But imagine that type of parties in our neighborhood every day. What can we do? Maybe stay awake till they will go.Tht's not a solution.

Another reason is the parking problem . I don't think there can be a place to park the car,because the costumers of the restaurant will park their cars there. For example we have a garage for our car but what if we have guests . Where are

 they suppose to park their cars?There can't be even a little place to park only a car.It's annoying too when you look out of a window and see a lot of cars under your house. We usually see a lot of cars but not parked under our house.

The last thing is the smell that comes out of the restaurant. In the kitchen of the restaurant the cooks make food and the smell of the food gets out and stays in the air. And it's nor likable when I open one of my windows in my room and the smell of food will get into my room.

In a conclusion I would say that I don't support the idea of opening a restaurant in our neighborhood because of the reasons that I gave you. I think that the restaurants should be opened in the downtown or a place where don't live a lot of people.
