Restaurant in my neighbourhood

It has recently announced that a new restaurant may be built in my neighbourhood. I can see advantages and disadvantages about having a restaurant in my neighbourhood. Like how is it going to effect the traffic because if its going to be a fancy three star restaurant there's not going to be anywhere to park because its obvious that people would love to go there with their family and eat. 
The second disadvantage is if the restaurant is going to have a bar and dancing there might be problems. If the restaurant is going to have a bar and dancing it will close very late and the people getting out of that restaurant might be drunk: that could lead to serious fights and car crashes. 

But there are advantages too. If your neighbourhood is not that popular people would come, see your neighbourhood, eat at the restaurant and even suggest their friends to check the restaurant out. 
But what is the most important thing in a restaurant? It’s the cuisine: personally I think that the cuisine should be exotic because people could try new food in a good atmosphere, with cultural music and good service.

For a busy man/woman it is good to have a restaurant in your neighbourhood, because when he or she comes back from work they definitely would be hungry and they could eat and in the same time   meet their friends in the restaurant and then go home. But the best thing is when you get hungry and you are too lazy to get out of your house to eat, you could just order food and it is going to be delivered very fast and because the restaurant is close to your house the food wouldn’t be cold.

I think I would support the plan because the advantages are more important to me than disadvantages.
